  We placed an order with them about 2-3 weeks ago and have had to chase them for updates on delivery when it was supposed to a next day delivery. Spoke to them 2 days ago when they confirmed delivery for this week. Today, got an e-mail from them asing to top up an additional 30 pounds because they have run out of stock for the model we want and to pay for an upgrade. Worst experience I've ever had and will never buy anything from them. Very unprofessional, no apologies, in fact always make it sound like they are doing us a favour.
